Corporate Receptionist - Dublin

Job Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team! We are currently recruiting an experienced Corporate Receptionist to become part of the Rapport Guest Services Team at our client's offices in the heart of Dublin.
 
 This role will be based at a newly renovated location, which is due to open in early 2027. Until then, you will have the exciting opportunity to become familiar with the client's wider portfolio, gain experience across multiple locations, and support with training and onboarding at other sites, helping to prepare for a successful launch of the new office.

Contract type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: Monday-Friday on a shift rota basis

Salary: €42,000-€45,000 per annum depending on experience

Main Responsibilities

  • You’ll be the primary point of contact on the Ground Floor, responsible for reception and lobby hosting in the office.
  • Our team is at the heart of the building, we manage the daily flow of activity, support our high-profile occupiers, and warmly welcome their visitors. With a strong focus on intuitive, high-quality customer service, we ensure that every interaction is professional, friendly, and memorable.
  • This position also includes a touch of facilities coordination and supporting of the Building Management operations, ensuring the workplace runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
