Corporate Receptionist (AGCR)

We are looking for a passionate and engaging colleague to join our award winning, innovative Front of House team at one of our most prestigious client sites in London.

The role is 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, with shifts between 7 am to 7 pm with flexibility to cover evening functions. 

What would a typically day involve:  

  • Making a client's arrival journey, seamless and memorable through engagement and innovation.
  • Creating memorable innovations for clients to generate a WOW factor.
  • Preparing for tomorrow's business day while delivering on today's operations.
  • Working collectively with service partners to achieve a one team approach  
  • Assisting with all aspects of event preparation through to successful delivery

Main Responsibilities

  • To provide excellent service to clients and customers, ensuring all duties are carried out to the highest standard
  • Stand to greet all guests / visitors, ensure eye contact is made within 10 ft of the reception desk
  • Greet internal and external clients with a smile.
  • Welcome and escort guests to meeting rooms, taking coats and luggage as required.
  • Proactively deal with enquiries and requests in person, via the telephone or email, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain the necessary awareness of building facilities to advise and direct guests appropriately.
  • Assist with separate registration desks for functions as required.

We are looking for someone with at least one year's experience of working in a 5* hotel in a customer facing role.
