Corporate Reception Team Leader (WFTL)

Job Introduction

We have a wonderful opportunity for a Senior Community Coordinator to lead the team at a new Rapport contract.  In this role, you will be responsible for creating a thriving workplace and ensuring your team are satisfied in their job and work environment. You will act as a role model for all ambassadors by continuously exhibiting a high level of service and attention to detail in all tasks

This is a Permanent, Full Time role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday shifts between 8am and 5pm.

Main Responsibilities

In this role, you main responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain a strong awareness of business activity and communicate all updates to the team members
  • Plan and organise the work so that it is efficient and effective and allows service to be delivered promptly and reliably
  • Deal with any complaints or concerns and liaise with relevant departments in a timely, efficient manner, escalating to Management accordingly and ensuring it ​has been documented appropriately
  • Support the training of new team members
  • Communicate effectively with peers and management, displaying accuracy and attention to detail both in verbal and written communication
  • Liaise with all departments to ensure a smooth and professional service is offered to the client
  • Ensure any procedural changes are communicated and understood by the team

  • Have an outgoing personality and be able to easily build rapport with key stakeholders (internal, external and VIPs)
  • Be innovative, adaptable, flexible, proactive, organised, detail-oriented, process-driven, and resourceful with a can-do attitude
  • Maintain a professional, polite and considerate manner at all times, acting as a role model for the team
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office software/package and business administration
  • Possess excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently under pressure
  • Have at least one year of supervisory/team leader experience
