Corporate Duty Manager (SGFC)

Job Introduction

We are looking for Corporate Duty Managers to join our Rapport team in our Client's stunning new state of the art offices in Canary Wharf. The job title for the role will be Floor Host

This is a key role and we are looking for a person who can build strong relationship with stake holders on the office floors. You will be responsible for looking after employee requests, lockers, print hubs, checking meeting rooms and refreshment centres and general housekeeping. You will also be making sure company health and safety procedures are followed by employees & being part of first aid responder and fire warden teams.

The client is a renowned financial institution in Canary Wharf with stunning new state of the art offices.

This role is 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays from 7am until 6pm

Role Responsibility

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Being a main point of contact for key stake holders on the office floor and building strong relationships 
  • Proactively dealing with guest requests in an efficient, friendly and timely manner, ensuring all business requirements are dealt with promptly and professionally
  • Making sure meeting rooms are impeccable and equipment is in working order
  • Managing employee lockers
  • Making sure refreshment centres, print hubs and general maintenance on floors are in perfect order
  • Making sure company H&S policies are adhered to and be part of first aid & fire warden first responder teams

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will :

• have an outgoing personality that easily builds rapport with other people
• be passionate for delivering great service and going the extra mile
• display excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
• have the ability to work as a part of a team and great communication skills
• be flexible, and taking initiative and attention to detail are key
• ideally have experience in 5-star customer service
