Job Introduction

This role is a great opportunity to join a fantastic team; the team at this Rapport contract are outgoing and passionate about delivering great service. Shift Pattern: 1.30 pm - 10.00 pm

This Rapport contract is with a successful property management company which manages an ever growing portfolio of buildings in the West End. The amazing opportunity is for a Concierge role, in this role you would work in a beautiful 5 star residential property based on Regent Street.
The successful candidate will work alongside security looking after the residents in the 44 luxury apartments

This is a Monday to Friday role.

Role Responsibility

Main Responsibilities for this role are to:

• Acknowledge and treat all residents and guests in a polite and professional manner
• Develop relationships with residents and external guests to understand and address their individual needs.
• Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations.
• Ensure a timely and professional response is given to all residents and guests via email or telephone.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
• Ensure an effective and flexible approach at all times.
• Communicate with any complaints or concerns to their Team Leader or Manager in a timely, efficient manner, escalating to management accordingly and ensuring documented appropriately.
• Develop effective working relationship with Security and other service partners

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate who is a good communicator as you will have direct communication with the client.
You need to be organized, proactive and passionate about delivering great service. We are looking for someone who builds rapport easily and someone who will go above and beyond for our residents and guests
