You will be based on-site with our client – a leading real estate investor shaping the future of workplace communities. This isn’t just about buildings – it’s about building relationships, elevating experiences, and creating an environment where businesses and people can thrive. You’ll be at the centre of it all – managing daily operations, leading a friendly Concierge team, supporting events, and keeping things running smoothly and brilliantly.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
Salary: €42,000 per annum, plus an annual Christmas bonus as a token of appreciation for your dedication and hard work

Main responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the Concierge team, setting the tone for excellence in service.
- Be the friendly, knowledgeable face of the estate – handling front-of-house services and visitor enquiries.
- Ensure the building’s shared spaces are immaculate, welcoming, and buzzing with good energy.
- Support day-to-day facilities management – think access control, maintenance issues, and odd-job coordination.
- Partner with our security team to handle incidents with empathy, discretion, and swift action.
- Manage contractor access, sign-ins, and vetting – you are the gatekeeper of good vibes.
- Coordinate and promote local events – from creative studios to lively park pop-ups.
- Collaborate with tenants to drive engagement through newsletters, signage, and community channels.
- Keep digital records updated, especially for access and security systems.
- Bring energy and innovation to every corner of the role – no two days are the same!
