Community Manager / Dedicated Cover (BLCM) Permanent Full Time Contract.

Job Introduction

We are recruiting a Community Manger to join the Rapport team at our client site in the City of London. The client is a FTSE 100 property development company, which has some of the most iconic London buildings in its portfolio. 

In this role, you will provide dedicated cover and you will be part of a 10 strong team of colleagues. There is opportunity to work in different sites around London, 12 buildings in total,  based in the Broadgate area in the City, Regents Place and Paddington. There is an opportunity to get involved with projects.

There is a performance-based bonus scheme in place and you will benefit from special offers to bars/restaurants and gym access in the area. 

This is a Permanent Full Time role, 40 hour/week role, Monday to Friday.

Role Responsibility

The main responsibilities of the role include:

- To be the main point of contact to all stakeholders
- Customer relationship management
- Supplier coordination
- Basic operational budget management
- Ensuring space and brand standards are met including elements of H&S compliance

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a people's person, someone who can confidently communicate with any level of seniority. You need to have good communication skills, both verbal and written, and have a good eye for detail. If you are positive and  have a 'can do' attitude then this role may be for you.

We are looking for someone who 
- is a multitasker and thinks on their feet.
- has great organisational and time management skills.
- is keen to learn and thinks outside the box
- has a basic understanding of facilities management or interest in learning about sector.
- is a strong team player, but can work with little supervision at a times.
