As a Community Coordinator, you’ll build trusted relationships across every touchpoint, champion the full suite of workplace services, and ensure colleagues and guests feel supported from the moment they arrive. You’ll take ownership of your space, anticipate needs before they arise, and deliver service that is consistently polished, intuitive and reliable.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota basis)
Salary: Between £38,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience

Main responsibilities
- Oversee allocated floors ensuring a consistently high‑quality workplace experience.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships acting as a trusted, visible point of contact for key business partners.
- Conduct regular floor audits maintaining tidiness, and health and safety standards.
- Complete daily occupancy checks accurately capturing data to support effective space planning and utilisation.
- Provide proactive colleague and guest support offering friendly, solutions‑focused assistance whenever needed.
- Foster a connected workplace community creating positive interactions and maintaining a strong on‑floor presence.
- Support meeting room set up, coordinating equipment and promptly logging or escalating any defects.
