We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist with a vibrant, engaging personality and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service to join Rapport at one of our client's prestigious London offices. Based at the client's flagship building near London Bridge, home to one of the world's leading Magic Circle law firms, you will be the face of the organisation and the first point of contact for clients, visitors, suppliers, and colleagues. As the person who sets the tone for every visitor's experience, you will provide a warm, professional, and memorable welcome while ensuring the highest standards of service are always maintained. We are an award-winning team of 22 professionals across two locations. You will join our exceptional Reception team in London while working closely with our Operations Helpdesk team in Newcastle. Together, you will help foster a collaborative, supportive, and unified team culture across both sites
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota basis between 7 AM and 7 PM)

Main responsibilities
- Lobby Hosting and delivering a warm, professional, and memorable welcome to guests, clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors and key stakeholders.
- Liaising with hosts and, where required, escorting visitors to their designated meeting or conference room.
- Reporting, monitoring, and logging faults and maintenance issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinating with key service teams, including catering, maintenance, security, technical support, room bookings, and cleaning, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Issuing and managing visitor and contractor passes in accordance with site procedures and security requirements.
- Maintaining a professional, welcoming, and well-presented reception and lobby environment at all times.
- Ensuring all visitor interactions are handled courteously, efficiently, and in line with company standards.
