Job Introduction
We are looking for a Client Experience Lead to join our Rapport team in Dublin, based at our client’s site in Grand Canal Dock. You will be part of a large and diverse team that supports our client: a Fortune Global 500 company, where excellence and creativity are the norm every single day. This is more than just a front-of-house role; you will be the face of the client journey, ensuring everyone who walks through the door feels welcomed, supported, and truly valued.
From managing a sleek reception space to overseeing high-profile events, you will help create a seamless, five-star experience — whether someone is hotdesking for the day or attending a large-scale client event. You will work closely with both the Deputy Account Manager and Account Manager to ensure every guest encounter is exceptional.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 8 AM and 7 PM)

Main responsibilities
- Lead front-of-house operations and maintain exceptional service standards.
- Oversee event logistics, ensuring every detail is polished to perfection.
- Act as the go-to for clients and guests, offering solutions with a smile.
- Support and coach a dynamic, on-site team.
- Liaise with stakeholders to plan and deliver key events.
- Ensure consistency and excellence across every guest touchpoint.
- Champion a positive workplace atmosphere and culture.
The ideal candidate will
