Central Services Coordinator (BGCSC)

Job Introduction

We have a wonderful opportunity for a Central Services Coordinator to join our vibrant and dynamic Rapport team, based in the heart of City of London.

The Central Services Coordinator is responsible creating a safe, clean, and friendly environment, assisting the Central Services Manager to execute and deliver all services supporting operational excellence across two sites. Acting as deputy to Central Service Manager, providing operational and administrative support to the central leadership team and being the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and contractors. The role will support the one team approach and drive employee engagement to a team of 600 individuals.

This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week), working on a shift rota basis from Monday to Friday between 7 AM and 7 PM.

Some of the main responsibilities include

  • Being the first point of contact for all guests, couriers, and employees; dealing with enquiries and directing them to the relevant service partner
  • Managing the training room booking system including setting up and clearing training rooms, manage stationery and kitchen inventory, packing away deliveries and monitoring stock levels
  • Providing admin support to Central Services Manager as required
  • Setting up lunches, catering hospitality support for meetings, training, and events
  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily post and deliveries to individuals
  • Carrying out weekly maintenance checks of the Estate Management Office, Raising and monitoring maintenance requests via the helpdesk where necessary
  • Monitoring reception mailbox and handling any request or sending to the appropriate team member
  • Managing logistical operation and providing Central Services Manager relevant support.
  • Communicating effectively with peers and the management team, displaying accuracy and attention to detail

  • Be proficient using various types of technology/IT literate; knowledge in Microsoft Office package and preparing reports
  • Ideally, have previous customer-facing experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel, premium airlines, or corporate environment
