Guest Services Supervisor (BLLSLS01)

Job Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity for a Guest Services / Club Supervisor to join the Rapport family and our client's modern offices. 

The Supervisor is responsible for overall management and coordination of Shared Meeting Rooms and Events Spaces as well as back of house facilities. This is a great opportunity for a proactive individual with a strong background in Hospitality to take their first step into the Corporate Industry.

Monday to Friday, Flexible working hours, depending on business requirements - we are covering events out of hours as needed

 

Role Responsibility

  • You will be the first point of contact for all booking enquiries via email, phone or in person and provide guests with warm and informative experience
  • You will be looking after a Club Host making sure you maintain high levels of motivation and professionalism at all times, as well as investing in their development
  • You will be extremely customer focused and can deal with enquiries and queries in a pro-active and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
  • Manage overall coordination of all meetings/events
  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of all aspects for all events, taking complete ownership for each event from the initial enquiry, availability and diary management through to the delivery and follow up of all bookings including feedback and financial closure
  • Work in partnership with all other service partners to develop and deliver events successfully
  • Day to day event management for all event activity
