Call Services Operator - Leeds (AGLS)

Job Introduction

We are looking for a Call Services Operator to join Rapport and be part of one of our most prestigious client sites in Leeds.

This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week, 8 hours per day), working from Monday to Friday.

An exciting role looking after 3 different areas all in one team which will include Switchboard, Facilities helpdesk, and Meeting Room Bookings. We require someone who can anticipate the needs of the bookers and the host and follow up all details for all areas.

Main responsibilities

  • Providing excellent service to clients and customers, ensuring all duties are carried out to the highest standard
  • Proactively dealing with enquiries and requests in person, via the telephone or email, in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining the necessary awareness of building facilities to advise and direct guests appropriately
  • Working collectively with service partners to achieve a one team approach

  • Have excellent communication skills, the ability to work as part of the team and create rapport with key stakeholders
  • Possess the ability to create positive and lasting relationships with colleagues and clients alike
  • Have effective organisational skills, the ability to prioritise tasks, and self-manage a demanding workload or reactive and proactive work
  • Display operational effectiveness and ensure all standards are adhered to
  • Ideally have at least 1 year of customer service experience within a 5* development or corporate background
