Call Services Agent - Corporate

Job Introduction

Rapport is currently recruiting for a Call Services Agent, based at the client's call centre in Camberley. This is a Monday-Friday role, office hours, 40 hours/week, with shifts between 7am and 7pm. Previous Call Services experience is ideal but not necessarily required. 

If you are warm, energetic and have a passion for Customer Services, you could be the person we are looking for!

The office is in a business park with free parking on site. There is a canteen where you can get your lunch and drinks and there are some shops near, within walking distance. 

 

Role Responsibility

The main responsibilities for this role are dealing with meeting room bookings and answering switchboard calls.

You will be involved in checking arrangements made for events in the London office and communicating with company executive assistants for the room, AV services and catering bookings.
