Barista & Events Coordinator

Job Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Barista & Events Coordinator to support the daily operations of our on-site coffee bar & lounge and provide essential support for meetings and events within our office environment.

In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for both occupiers and visitors, delivering exceptional service with a personal touch. From remembering names and preferred orders to maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, your attention to detail and service mindset will help elevate the day-to-day experience of everyone.

The official job title for this position is Barista & Events Ambassador.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday on a shift rota basis between 7 AM – 6 PM)

Salary:  €36,000 per annum

Main responsibilities

  • Manage operation of the coffee bar, ensuring 5* standards of service and presentation at all times.
  • Maintain stock control, place timely orders, and report any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Barista & Events Manager to share feedback and implement improvements.
  • Support internal events and meetings, ensuring room setups are completed to a high standard.
  • Provide assistance with AV and technical issues to minimise disruption.
  • Assist with the Front of House operations and support the concierge team with reception cover when needed.
